Skyfire provides 3-day custom forecasts using a variety of weather data sources coupled with our proprietary algorithm for determining when the best color will be seen.

Coverage extends to the lower 48 US states, most of southern Canada, and all over Europe (including Iceland). See the screenshots for details.

View sunrise and sunset forecasts for today plus two days ahead. Forecasts are updated regularly. Search for your desired location by name, or find your current device location on the map.

The three day forecast grid shows predicted conditions for the highlighted location at a glance, together with sunrise and sunset times so you can plan where to be and when to catch a memorable photograph.

Note:

- Subscription required. Free trial. Cancel at any time.
- This app requires an internet connection. Forecasts are not available offline.

- US forecasts are sourced from the new v3 Skyfire platform, with hourly updates for today's forecasts and tomorrow's sunrise forecast, every two hours for tomorrow's sunset forecast, and every four hours for today +2 days- The date range is refreshed when the app is brought to the foreground (i.e. no getting stuck on yesterday if it's been left backgrounded overnight) - A "Reload forecast" menu option is available top right if you need to refresh the Skyfire map overlay manually
