Your coaching staff can request information about the workload you are performing and gather information about your general well-being or other relevant topics such as your recovery from injury or your reflections on a performance.

There are three main tasks you can perform using the app:

• Respond to RPE requests sent by the coaching staff
• Complete forms assigned to you that day
• Provide information on any individual training sessions you have completed
