When my football career was halted due to a bad knee injury, my focus went from improving my performance in football to improving my physique on an aesthetic level. With over 5 years of being specifically committed to weight training and developing a better understanding of nutrition, I gained over 10kg in lean muscle and really narrowed down how to achieve a physique that I was proud of.
