Passerelle Remote Support is used for advanced remote support for field engineers by service-desk operators. The field engineers can carry smart glasses (or use tablets or other portable devices). The device's camera feeds a live video stream to the service-desk operator, next to bi-directional audio and messaging support. The operator can send documents, take remote on-site pictures, store them for later reference, enrich them with annotations and show them on the device of the field engineer.
