TICKET CANCELLATION
Customers don't need to queue and come to the ticket counter just to cancel the ticket. Time will not be wasted. Everything can be done anywhere and anytime. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT KAI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered KAI ACCESS account.

RESCHEDULE TICKET
