All our Bounce heroes regularly wash their hands and wear masks and gloves before and after handling scooters and bikes. They are even temperature-checked through the day. Through our cutting-edge dockless and keyless rental scooter rides, Bounce bikes and scooters bridge the gap between first and last-mile connectivity. So everyone can enjoy the freedom of bouncing anywhere, anytime ! And get all the benefits of owning a scooter from a rental bike.

How to use Bounce rental bikes & scooters:

1. Go to the Bounce app and upload your driver’s license for a super-quick KYC turnaround to get started with booking your rental bike and scooter ride.

2. Find the nearest yellow rental scooter & bike on the Bounce app
or scan the number plate of the rental scooter and bike.
(Number Plate Scan functionality is currently only available on Android devices)

3. Choose your ride, add a ride destination & select a payment mode to confirm the rental ride booking.

4. Walk over to your rental scooter/ bike and switch on Bluetooth on your device to start the rental bike or scooter.

5. Unlock using the Bounce rentals app and enjoy
your rental ride on India’s finest bike and scooter rental service!

6. When done with your rental scooter ride, park the rental scooter & bike responsibly, turn off the engine & end your rental bike ride on the Bounce rentals app.

7. Customers can avail the ‘Pay after Ride’ option to complete payment once they’ve arrived at the destination and ended their bike and scooter ride.

7. Every scooter is disinfected & sanitised: Handles, dashboards, seats, and all parts are cleaned regularly.

8. Safety first: We request users to carry their own helmets as a safety precaution. We do not provide helmets.

9. Bounce heroes follow strict hygiene protocol: They wear masks and gloves while attending to the scooters, sanitise their hands before & after each task. Their temperature checks are done every day. Arogya Setu app installed for contact tracing.
