Snap phonetic matches to win! There are three big reasons to play this game:

Features three modes:
 ★ Training Mode: Brush up on specific kana.
 ★ Challenge Mode: Aim to earn all three stars across the board and then keep going! High scores are shown as boxplots so you can compete anonymously. Compare your best scores against other classmates, friends and/or the larger community of users.

I thought snap would be the perfect game to train for quick recall of the Japanese kana. It's also just kind of fun (especially multiplayer). Please keep in mind that Kana Snap is not designed to be the primary method by which kana are first learned: there are no how-to-draw animations or native pronunciations. It's simply... snap!
