Mira is a trauma support app for self-management and tracking of symptoms such as flashbacks, anxiety, and dissociation. Our mission is to improve the way people recover from trauma and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
Mira's features include:

Mira includes grounding exercises that have been digitized to be interactive and for easy access when needed. These exercises are coping techniques for self-management of symptoms, including flashbacks, dissociation, upsetting thoughts, unwanted feelings, among others. Grounding exercises are self-help practices you can do on your own to engage with your senses and help you connect with the present moment. Their purpose is to distract you from what’s going on in your mind.
Tracking and monitoring tools include daily tracking of the symptoms of your choice and the standard PCL-5 questionnaire or PTSD symptom checklist. This is a self-assessment questionnaire used to assess the twenty symptoms of PTSD as defined by the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) developed by the National Center for PTSD.
